i lied about my age

so last week i had this thing with my girlfriend where we decided to switch roles. you know how some people like powerplay and stuff? well it was just for fun, but then she asked me to lie about my age in the chat for our pretend date role-play. i'm 28 and told her i was 19. it felt kinda weird but really exciting at the same time. we were talking on a video call while i was watching some movie. i mentioned i'd just finished college and was looking for freelance work to support myself. she asked me how long i've been working since then and i panicked, because if i said anything over 10 years it would have blown my cover. so i lied and said it had only been like a year. my gf is really smart though and kinda called me out on it saying that didn't match up with some of the things she knew about me from work stuff, but then she laughed and said it was just fun to play along. now i feel bad because even if we were joking around, it's not cool to lie. especially about something like age. it felt good at the time but i know deep down that wasn't okay. plus what if someone asked me later? oh man, this is stressing me out.
