Post-Breakup Sexual Frustration at Work

I recently ended a long-term relationship and have found myself struggling with the urge to flirt or even touch my male coworkers inappropriately. It started innocuously enough, just playful banter and physical proximity, but it's escalated quickly. I'm worried this is crossing professional boundaries, especially since we work in a medical setting where such behavior could be seen as unprofessionalism or even harassment. My colleagues are all adults, so consent should theoretically exist if things were ever to go further, but there's something about the workplace that makes me question my judgment. Has anyone else had similar experiences after ending an intimate relationship? Should I speak with HR about this, or is it just a phase?
