I Touched Myself At Work

This week at work has been utterly dull. Yesterday, during a meeting with no chance of being overheard or noticed by colleagues, I felt the urge and slipped my hand into my pants... It was embarrassing and wrong, but it happened so fast. Is this normal? Should I try harder to resist these urges during such boring periods?
