Date Night Double-Up

So I'm this nurse in my 30s and part of an open relationship. Last week, both me and my primary had separate dates with our respective new connections. It was pretty wild - we met up afterward at a hotel to share stories over drinks before heading off to bed separately. Now that's what I call efficiency! Have any of you ever done something like this? Curious to hear if anyone else has tried multi-partner setups for simultaneous dates or meetups.
