Caught Off Guard

I was at a gym event last week and ran into an old client. We exchanged pleasantries, then she suggested we step out for coffee. Before I knew it, things heated up in her car. It felt so spontaneous and intense but now I’m worried about how to explain my absence to my wife. Any advice?
