did i go too far this weekend

so last night was wild af at the hospital where i work. i had a new patient come in real late friday and she stayed all weekend, super sick but really hot, u know? we chatted for hours while she rested, just getting to knw her better. anyway, by saturday night i was feelin kinda bold and suggested a more... hands-on approach to help her rest. like full body rubdowns, maybe massage out some of that tension or pain from being bedridden. she agreed right away which made me nervous but also super turned on. so as we got into it, it became clear she wanted this for real, not just to relax. i mean the way she was touching back, breathing heavy, eyes closed tight... pretty soon we were both ready to take things further in her private room. the vibe was intense and we didn't stop until everything was completely exposed, no holding back or worrying about hospital rules at that point. but now im sitting here monday morning with an ethical dilemma, wondering if it went too far too fast? she was definitely into it as much as me but i feel guilty bc of the power dynamic, even though shes 18+ and we were totally consensual. anyone else ever in a similar situation where you pushed yourself or someone else too quickly? am i the asshole for just goin with it? what would u do differently if anything?
