Post-Breakup Relief

I just ended a long-term relationship and tonight I needed to relieve some tension. Decided to use one of the patient rooms at work for a quickie, since it was late and empty. Felt a bit guilty but also incredibly aroused by the forbidden nature of it all. Took off my scrubs, laid out a sheet over the bed as makeshift protection. Withdrew my vibrator from my bag and inserted it slowly, relishing in each sensation. Adjusted the speed to high, my hips moving rhythmically against it. Afterward, I cleaned up quickly and left. Is this normal? Do others find comfort in such unconventional outlets?
