I Used My Authority and Skills, Can't Stop Now

As a doctor, I've seen the human body in every conceivable state. Last night, after a particularly long shift, I slipped into the break room to find an unexpected sight: my intern, whom I'd been training for months, was there alone, completely undressed, and looking straight at me with a heated gaze. She knew exactly what she wanted. We didn't talk much, our bodies did all the communicating. I slid between her legs, feeling her warmth against me as I entered her.
