New Freedom and Old Desires

So, yeah, I just got divorced after seven years of marriage. It was kind of unexpected and a bit messy, but honestly, I feel like a weight has been lifted. Yesterday, I met up with an old flame for coffee, and it wasn't just friendly! We both felt the spark again after all these years apart. The way we looked at each other reminded me of those early days when everything was new and exciting. We didn’t go any further than that awkward hug and a quick kiss goodbye, but oh man, the chemistry was there. Now I find myself thinking about old times and wondering what could have been if things had turned out differently back then.
