Engaged but Tempted

I’m engaged and about to marry someone I truly love. Last week, we had a dinner with friends where I drank too much and ended up in bed with an old flame from college. It felt like the right thing at that moment, even though it was wrong. Anyone else ever do something like this? Is it normal or just a sign of weakness?
