just thinking

i work nights and this week was rough af but my partner surprised me with a midnight date last night. we went to this tiny sushi place that closes late and it was so unexpected. the food was amazing but man, sitting there in the dark with just us, i felt like we were the only ones in the world. after dinner he took me back to his place and oh wow, things got heated. it started off slow, teasing each other under the blankets, then it escalated fast. i love how my partner knows all my kinks and was able to turn on that switch just right. we ended up trying this new thing that neither of us had done before and i have to say, it was exhilarating. it made me feel so alive and connected to him in a way i haven’t felt for months. now im here thinking about how rare moments like those are but damn if they dont make all the hard days worth it.
