feeling weird lately

hey i dont know how to talk about this but like my partner and i started something kinda new recently and its been really intense but also kinda scary. we sorta got into a roleplay thing where it gets pretty emotional for me, like i get super vulnerable and i guess they do too? but then afterwards i feel weird and wonder if its normal to have such big feelings over just playing pretend. im not sure if this is something other people experience or if its just messed up in my head. anyone got thoughts on stuff like this? am i the only one who feels so much?
