last night on my night shift this chick came in really sick but hot as hell. she was so weak i had to help her out of her clothes, strip off her jeans and shirt. while getting her vitals her bra fell off too, left her topless under the sheet. couldn't focus with cleavage like that right next to me taking readings. ended up touching more than necessary, checking pulse in spots where skin was soft, warm, and exposed. finally got hard, had to excuse myself quick but she caught my exit and smirked, knowing what i did. been thinking about it all day, feel guilty yet can't stop.
