New Freedom Post-Divorce

I recently got divorced after five years of marriage, and while I knew the end was coming for a long time, there’s something surreal about living alone now. My ex and I didn’t go to counseling, so we ended things rather abruptly. No big emotional goodbye, just packed up my things and left. Now that it's over, I find myself looking at dating apps with more interest than ever before. It feels liberating but also a bit overwhelming, I haven't dated in years. I've been considering joining some swinger events to get comfortable again. Is this normal? Have others found themselves exploring new territories after divorce?
