Why Am I So Hopeless?

I met Sarah at a bar during orientation week. We've been seeing each other casually, but nothing serious yet. Last night we went to this fancy restaurant... she was all dressed up and looked amazing. After dinner, we walked back under the stars, it felt like a moment. But then I asked her about our future, and she wasn't sure either way. I'm not good at casual dating, I need commitment and stability. But here I am, stuck in this limbo where I can’t seem to find someone who wants more than I do. It's hard to know if it’s just me being too needy or if there’s something wrong with us. What am I missing?
