Thoughts on My Spontaneous Kink Adventure...

So, last week, this weird idea popped into my head like a sudden impulse from the cosmos. I was all alone in the apartment and thought 'what the hell?' So yeah, I decided to play with an idea that's been niggling at me for ages but never tried before... it involved some roleplay stuff with an older character theme. Like, imagine someone from my parent's generation coming over and we'd have this weird power dynamic or something. It was pretty funny how quickly things escalated when I started exploring the vibe of it all. Ended up feeling both kinda naughty AND a bit silly at the same time. Had to chuckle at myself for being so adventurous in old age, but hey, life's short, right? Wasn't sure what my partner would think about this new direction though... they're usually into more straightforward stuff. We talked it over and while they were supportive, I could tell it wasn't exactly their jam. So here I am wondering if that's normal for relationships to have such different tastes? Or should I be keeping these experiments just a secret solo thing? Haha, don't get me wrong, totally fine with both of us having our own fun, but was hoping maybe we'd get more from exploring this together. Anyone else ever experience something like this? Am I the only weirdo out there mixing vintage vibes with modern playfulness? Just trying to figure it all out...
