Admitting My Secret Fantasy

I’m a nurse in my 30s, and I’ve always had this intense fantasy about roleplaying as a patient under the care of an anonymous doctor. Last week, when alone with my partner at home, I finally acted on it without telling her what was really happening. She wore scrubs and gloves, pretending to check me over while I pretended to be a nervous patient. As soon as she leaned in close, I couldn’t resist touching her through the gloves, then slipped them off so our hands could truly connect. She laughed but didn't stop me; we ended up making love on the exam table, my fantasy fully realized and more intense than ever imagined.
