A Slip in Professionalism

I'm a first-year law student who recently began seeing a professor outside of class. Our relationship has been mostly platonic until last week when we had an intense moment during office hours that crossed professional boundaries. I felt incredibly guilty afterwards, and it's been weighing on me since then. We've continued to have a respectful but distant relationship while dealing with this new uncertainty. It's complicated because I truly admire him as both an educator and now personally, yet the line is blurry. How do you navigate something like that?
