Confession of an Excited Doctor

I met Sarah in my clinic almost two years ago. She was a patient then, and we hit it off during her visit. I’m honest about being married to her from the start, but she didn’t seem bothered by that at all. We’ve been seeing each other for months now, always making sure our meetings are consensual and with mutual understanding. Our relationship has been great, she’s amazing, caring, funny, everything you could want in a partner. But here’s where things get a bit crazy, and fun! Yesterday we went to this underground club she’d mentioned before, but I was hesitant. The place had an adult theme, and it wasn’t exactly what I’m used to. But Sarah convinced me, assuring me that our night would be all about us having fun in ways we never did before. The moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere changed drastically from my usual professional world. There were lights, music, people dressed up, I felt like a kid again at Christmas! We spent most of the evening chatting with some friends Sarah made there and trying out various activities. Then came an invitation I wasn’t prepared for: she suggested a role play that involved me wearing a doctor's mask and her dressing as a patient who needed attention. It was unexpected, to say the least, but also oddly thrilling! We found ourselves in one of their private rooms with dim lights, my face hidden behind the mask. I felt like it took away all sense of professionalism and allowed us to explore something more personal. The chemistry between us was electric, I couldn’t help but laugh at how silly we both looked yet knew exactly what we wanted. After that night, everything seems different now; our connection feels even stronger than before. It’s exciting because I can see so many possibilities for us in the future, beyond just being two people who secretly meet once a week.
