boss and employee roleplay

so my job is at a retail store and this one time me and my gf decided to do some boss and employee roleplay stuff. she was the customer and i was the sales associate turned manager who had to make her shop in the fitting room kinda situation. it got pretty intense, but we stuck with just talking and touching mostly. i felt so powerful telling her what to do, making her follow rules i made up on the spot. my boss walked by while we were pretending but didn’t know what was going on. im wondering if this is normal for people in relationships or if its a red flag. anyone got thoughts? thanks.
