Caught Up in an Old Memory

I've been married for twenty years now and we have a great relationship, but there's this one thing that's always been just out of reach. Last night, I found myself driving to an old strip club near where I grew up. It was the place where I would go when I needed to feel alive again during college, back in my wild days before kids and responsibilities settled in. Being here brought back so many memories - sitting by the bar, the sounds of music and laughter, the girls dancing right beside me. I ended up talking to a dancer who looked familiar from way back then. We chatted for hours, catching up on old times, and I found myself reminiscing about those days of freedom and passion. It felt like a breath of fresh air after so many years of routine. But as I walked out that door, reality hit me hard - my wife at home, our life together. I'm not sure how to reconcile these feelings or if what I did last night was just a momentary lapse in judgment. Is it normal for someone who's been married for so long to still have these urges? How do you think I should approach this with my wife without causing unnecessary tension?
