Wrestling With The Why...

I’m in my twenties, married, and this whole thing with another guy feels like an experiment gone wrong or right...or maybe both? We hooked up at a party after months of just being friends...and the connection was intense. It felt different from what I have with my wife. But why did it have to be someone else? ...I wonder if others find themselves in similar spots where things just feel too good to ignore. Am I alone here, or is this normal for people when they're not fully content with their current relationships? ....Anyone have advice?
