A Lie at Work

I told my boss I was sick last week so I could go to a concert with friends. He never asks for proof of illness, and it's not like he checks if I'm home. But there was this one song... it felt magical. And now, I feel kinda guilty about the lie. I don't regret going though, sometimes you have to do what makes your heart happy.
