It Happened At Work

I was working as a barista when this happened. It's been a rough couple of months since my divorce and I felt really down one day, so much that I let my guard down with the new guy who started work. We both knew we shouldn't, but something about his easy smile and warm laugh just made me feel better for once. One thing led to another and well...let's say we found a quick distraction from our troubles in each other’s arms behind closed doors at the back of the shop that day. I never thought I'd do anything like this again after my marriage ended, but sometimes you need someone there who understands.
