Caught My Cheating Wife in Action

I got divorced last year after ten years of marriage. It started to crumble a few months before when I caught my wife cheating on me with her coworker, Mark. We were at home that day and he came over under the guise of needing help with something work-related. She wasn't expecting me to be around since we had childcare arrangements for the kids that week. I was out grabbing lunch and walked in just as she was letting him kiss her. It felt like an eternity standing there watching, hearing them whisper about me not being home often enough, how lonely she'd been with me working long hours. When I entered, they jumped apart, but it was too late to hide anything. Mark bolted out of the house faster than you can say 'screw this.' My wife tried to play innocent, but I saw through her. We started arguing in front of the kids when she came back from getting them at school. They were only seven and five then, confused about why mommy looked sad. I couldn't look past what I'd seen for a long time after that. She kept pleading with me to work on things but I wasn’t sure if it was just because of the kids. Eventually, she admitted it had been going on longer than that one instance and pushed me further into feeling betrayed. So here I am now, divorced with full custody. My wife's cheating is what made us realize our marriage was over. Sometimes I think about her kissing Mark again and how angry and hurt I felt then. But mostly these days, I'm just trying to move forward.
