Caught in the Moment with My Student's Sister
Anonymous Shameless Tease #772 · General
I’ve been teaching college level courses for nearly thirty years now. Never crossed any lines, always kept a professional distance from my students. I pride myself on being an academic who values integrity above all else. Recently, one of my older students told me about her younger sister, saying she’s struggling in school and could use some tutoring help. She offered to set up a session at her place after class one day. Her sister is a bright young woman but she's been dealing with a lot of stress lately due to personal issues. During this first meeting, we got into a deep discussion about the coursework. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting; it reminded me of my own college days. As the tutoring session went on, I found myself more drawn in by her than just academically. She was engaging and smart, someone who could easily hold an intellectual conversation with someone twice her age. We ended up spending extra time there, long after the tutorial had concluded. The room grew quiet, and for a moment, we were alone together. I started feeling things that I should not have been feeling, given our roles. We exchanged some glances, and before I could think too clearly, it happened. I leaned in and kissed her on the lips; she didn’t pull away but instead deepened the kiss with an intensity I hadn't expected from someone so young. It was a moment of mutual pleasure, but one that went against everything I stand for as a professor. I’ve been questioning my judgment ever since, it wasn’t just about the age gap or the power dynamic at play; it was about me losing control and acting on desire rather than reason. The guilt is overwhelming and makes me question whether I am truly cut out to teach anymore.
