A Doctor's Secret Experiment

So I recently started this thing called a 'therapy session' with one of my patients. We're both adults and we gave consent, obviously. It was more like an experiment to explore some new boundaries in our relationship dynamic. I told her it would be strictly professional but she had other ideas. She brought a blindfold and some handcuffs the first time we met outside the office. Turns out, playing the role of the therapist turned me on even more than I thought it would. We agreed to keep this little game between us for now. But here’s my question: Have any of you ever experimented with your professional relationships in such a playful and risky way?
