A Recent Mistake

I was at a conference and found myself drawn to one of my younger colleagues. We had agreed to explore non-monogamy within our relationships, but when it came down to it, I couldn't resist the temptation and crossed a line. I initiated an intimate encounter without fully discussing boundaries beforehand, something I deeply regret.
