Just Another Lesson Learned

Engaged to Sarah for three years now, but last week I gave in to an attraction that's been brewing since forever. My student Alex is smart and funny, just like me before I chose teaching over the wild life. We were both tipsy one night when we crossed a line at a holiday party. Nothing major, really, just some heavy petting and promises never again. But this morning after her final exam, we met up and went further than ever in an empty classroom. It's not like it was even my first rodeo outside of wedlock, but Sarah would freak if she knew the truth. I'm trying to figure out how much is too much before calling off the engagement, or pretending this never happened.
