Engagement Ring Misuse ...Oops?

So I was at this really fancy restaurant with my fiancée for our one-year anniversary. We had been planning it for months and everything was perfect until dessert arrived, and I just got a wild idea in my head...what if we played a little game? Just to see how she’d react. So I slip the engagement ring off her finger and place it on her glass as if it were some kind of crown. She looked at me with those big eyes like “are you serious?” and then started laughing too. We didn’t go full throttle, but...let’s just say we had a very unconventional dessert. And she never complained the rest of the night! ...It was fun and silly, but also kinda awkward. Not sure if I should bring it up again or let it be a one-time thing. Haha.
