One Night Stand Reality

I recently got separated from my spouse after 15 years of marriage. Last night, on a break at work, I met someone at the bar and we went back to their place. We had rough sex in the living room for hours without stopping or sleeping. Afterwards, I felt so ashamed, like this is something wrong with me. Is what I did normal? Am I a bad person?
