A Little Lie

I lied to Mike about getting a new phone last week... It was actually a gift from someone else, just someone I've been seeing behind his back. Told him it was an upgrade he didn't want me to get myself, said the old one stopped working and I needed something better for work calls. But it's not like that at all. Guilt eats away at me... wondering how long before Mike figures out I'm lying about more than just a new gadget....
