A Slip-Up

I'm a doctor in an open relationship. We agreed it's okay if either of us sees someone else. But tonight, I cheated on him with his brother. It was wrong and confusing, but we both wanted to explore that boundary. I feel awful about the dishonesty, even though everyone involved consented.
