recent divorce and a twist

so i got divorced recently after 10 years of marriage. nothing big reasons like cheating or abuse just grew apart over time. we both agreed to split up. its weird though cause i started seeing this older guy at work as a friend only but then one day when we were drinking after hours and chatting about the divorce he kind of comforted me in his office. next thing i know we end up kissing and touching each other it was totally unplanned. its been a week now and we have sex every few days like it just happens naturally between us even though im still processing my divorce and grieving for what we lost. is this normal or am i taking advantage of the situation? should i stop seeing him until i figure out where i stand with my own stuff first?
