Boring Week Blues

So my ex and I split up last week, and it's been a real charm cruise ever since. Monday was dull as usual at work; Tuesday I tried watching some mindless TV but ended up just dozing off. Wednesday, I actually had plans to meet someone new, but he flaked, leaving me feeling like I'm stuck in a never-ending loop of disappointment and Netflix binges. Today, I found myself texting my ex out of habit, only to have her tell me she's seeing someone else now. So yeah, this week sucked majorly. Oh, and as if on cue for the cliché 'dumped after one night' story, last night ended with an impromptu hook-up with a random from Tinder that lasted exactly as long as my relationship did, 142 hours. Guess I'm officially single again, back to square one.
