I'm Not Sure If This Is Healthy

hey there! i met this guy online who's into dom/sub stuff... he invited me to his place for a session last week. i agreed and went there kinda nervous but also curious. when i got there, he was really intense about it being serious, lots of rules and stuff... we had some play that night but it felt weirdly formal, more like work than fun? idk if im okay with how strict it all is or if hes right to be so rigid. what do you think?
