Caught My Partner Off Guard with Roleplay

So I've got this thing for roleplaying scenarios, you know, the classic patient-doctor dynamic. But my partner isn't into that at all. She's usually pretty conservative when it comes to sex stuff. So I kept it a secret, thinking maybe she'd warm up to it eventually. We were out of town last weekend for this medical conference thingy, boring as hell, but hey, the hotel was nice. Friday night, we’re chilling in our room, and I'm just so wound up from all the stress at work. So I decide to take matters into my own hands, literally. I pretend there's a patient emergency on speakerphone, telling her she needs to rush me back to the conference hall for some medical procedure or whatever, but really it was me in the other room making random phone sounds. She got so freaked out, thinking something’s seriously wrong. So I start with just talking like I would to a patient, 'Ma’am, how are you feeling? Do you have any pain?' And she starts getting into character as well! Then it escalated a bit more. Still all consensual of course, but I can tell she's not used to this sort of thing. She looked confused and kinda scared at first, but then there was this moment where she just let go, and that’s when it got exciting. I never thought I'd have roleplay happen in a hotel room, especially without planning it. After we were done, she laughed it off and said maybe we should try something new occasionally, even if it's not always my doctor fantasies! It was a fun surprise, though, kind of like an impromptu adventure. So yeah, that’s how I caught her off guard with this unexpected kink twist. Not sure what's next in the playbook!
