Just Keeping Up With The Joneses?

So I recently started this side hobby of joining roleplaying communities online. Yeah, sure, it's nothing compared to the usual stressors of grad school and being a spouse, but every once in a while you want something different, right? So here I am, typing out these scenarios and fantasies that would probably give my wife aneurysms if she ever saw them. But hey, everyone has their thing, right? Anyway, I found myself wondering if this is just some weird phase or if there's anything wrong with it? The way my brain works on these sites, you'd think I was someone else entirely. It’s almost as if I’m not even the person sitting at this computer in the first place. So, am I just another guy trying to keep up with his own fantasy world or is everyone out there secretly doing this too?
