Caught in the Moment with My Student's Parent

I still can't believe what happened last week. We were at a school event and my colleague was supposed to chaperone our students, but he called in sick at the last minute. As a teacher and someone who has known many of these parents for years, I agreed to step up. Little did I know that would lead to something I never imagined. One parent, Sarah, let's just call her Sarah since she’s also an adult and this is anonymous, approached me at the event, saying how proud she was of my work with her son. We started chatting about various topics, and before long, there was a playful flirtation going on between us. I felt guilty but excited as we found ourselves alone in one of the quieter corners of the venue. We shared a kiss, and everything escalated from there. It wasn’t planned or even something I intended to happen, but it did. We ended up spending more time together afterward, exploring our mutual attraction, both feeling like we needed this moment of passion despite knowing better. The guilt is still there, along with the undeniable chemistry we share. But for that one night, I let go and experienced something incredibly intense.
