My Bisexuality Experiment Went Too Well

So here I am, writing about something that's been blowing up my life in a big way. Let me take you back to a few weeks ago when everything started to change. I'm in my mid-twenties, transitioned over four years ago and have always identified as bisexual, though I never really acted on it due to fear of judgment. Fast forward to this summer, after a breakup, I decided to explore more of my sexuality than ever before. It was all fine until one night at a friend's party, when I found myself talking intimately with both Sarah (she/her) and Alex (he/him), two acquaintances who were surprisingly open about their own non-monogamous relationships. The moment we started flirting seriously with each other, the atmosphere charged up. It was like everyone else faded away; just us three locked into some invisible circle of desire. We ended up in a private room upstairs, and I have to admit, I was nervous but also incredibly turned on by the idea of being between them both. The first time we tried something together, it felt like diving headfirst into an abyss of pleasure that never ended. They were gentle yet firm with me, guiding each other as well. As they began touching my body in ways I hadn't explored before, I found myself giving in fully to the sensations. The mix of emotions was overwhelming: excitement, curiosity, and a strange kind of intimacy. It wasn’t just about the physical pleasure either, there were so many layers involved. Each time we got together afterward, it felt more profound than before. We explored different dynamics too; sometimes I would take control and be dominant, while other times Alex or Sarah led. There was no script here, only what each moment demanded. But now? Now I’m torn. While the sex has been incredible beyond imagination, my life feels thrown off-kilter. It’s intense and consuming in a way that scares me sometimes, despite how much I crave it. Is this normal to feel so conflicted about something you’re enjoying but which also makes your heart race with anxiety? Should I just embrace it fully or try pulling back? I need advice here. Am I being irrational by feeling nervous despite the incredible physical benefits? Or is this a red flag and I should take a step back from both of them?
