A Secret Late-Night Session

I recently ended things with my longtime partner and I've been feeling rather aimless at work. Last night, I found myself in a bit of a predicament. To distract myself from the loneliness, I had a glass or two of wine before bed. Before I knew it, I started browsing through some adult content online just to pass the time. But then, something strange happened, one thing led to another and next thing you know, I was using a cam site. It felt wrong but oddly satisfying at the same time. By morning, I couldn't shake off the shame of what I did. Is it really that bad to seek some comfort in an unexpected place? What do you all think about this? Should I just pretend last night never happened?
