Patient Playtime

Just finished a shift where one of my patients, let's call him John, was really into some roleplay stuff. We were both adults, clear consent all around, but it felt like quite the adventure to pretend I was his doctor while things got a bit saucy. Can't complain about work perks when they're this fun.
