Defiant Aftermath

I'm a personal trainer who's been married for three years now. We're happy, but last week I had an intense workout session with one of my clients, Jane. She's new and trusts me to help her reach her goals. During our training session in the gym, we were working on some core exercises that involved lots of contact between us as I guided her through stretches and lifts. We ended up getting into a pretty heated conversation about her fitness journey and aspirations, and all of a sudden, there was this undeniable chemistry that neither of us could ignore. Before either of us knew it, our training session blurred into something else entirely. The physical tension just snapped in that moment, and we ended up having an intense, very explicit encounter right then and there on the gym mats, so much for keeping things professional! I did it because I needed to feel alive again. Even though guilt followed me home that night, if given the chance, I’d do it all over again just to experience that raw connection once more.
