stuck at home

so yeah i m a stay at home parent and been like this for about 3 years now. i have my moments of loneliness but honestly not that bad most days. last week tho was diff, went to the gym and saw this hot trainer dude who totally caught my eye. we chatted for a bit and he kinda flirted back but i didnt know where things were going or even if it would go anywhere at all. next day i just felt so wired thinking about him, like what could happen if i did make a move? wouldnt be the first time being single or anything but never really had this feeling before. anyone else ever get caught up on something like this?
