..confessing something petty..

just had to tell someone about this small lie i told before the divorce was final. we were still living together and everything but it felt like such a weight off my chest when i finally just fibbed about going grocery shopping instead of meeting up with an old college friend for lunch. guess it didn't seem so bad at first, keeping that little secret from him. but now looking back, kinda feel guilty over the small stuff too. yeah, definitely have regrets from all sides leading up to the split, but this tiny fib feels weirdly heavy on me. oh well, better late than never with these confessions.
