Caught Myself Sneaking Around Late at Night

I'm in my 40s and married, but I recently caught myself sneaking around late at night, peeking into the bedrooms of a few neighbors through binoculars. I know it sounds so out of character for someone like me who's been happily married for years, and I feel incredibly ashamed. Is this normal? What should I do to address these feelings?
