Why I'm Feeling Guilty About Our Secret Roleplay
Anonymous Filthy Ghost #797 · Taboo Fantasies
So, my name is Max and I’m 37. My partner, let’s call her Jess, is in her mid-30s too. We’ve been together for about six years now and our sex life has always been pretty adventurous, nothing illegal or unethical by any means, just open-minded for sure. Lately though, we've stumbled upon a new kind of roleplay that's playing with my head.
It all started when Jess suggested we explore the teacher/student dynamic. At first, I was hesitant. It felt like it could be crossing some invisible line between what’s fun and what’s inappropriate in real life. But Jess is really good at getting me to let go of worries about propriety, so eventually I gave in.
Our sessions are very controlled. She takes on the role with authority and confidence, I play the part of her student, sometimes a bit reluctant but always consenting. It's all consensual, of course. The setup includes props like a fake classroom desk and some schoolbooks, which adds to the ambiance. Yet despite this clear delineation between real life and our games, I can’t shake off these feelings that I’m somehow acting out something taboo.
Jess insists it’s just roleplay, no different from other scenarios we've tried before, but there's a lingering discomfort in me because of how society might view teacher/student dynamics. I feel like people would misunderstand or judge us for even entertaining this idea, let alone actually engaging in it. And that makes me question if there’s something fundamentally wrong with where my mind is leading.
Am I overthinking this too much? Does the fact that we both enjoy it mean there's nothing to worry about? Or am I right to feel uncomfortable about what might seem like a step into forbidden territory, even though everyone involved knows and agrees on the boundaries?
Your thoughts would really help. Let me know if you think I'm just being paranoid or if there’s something more at play here.
