feeling lost after my marriage ends

just got divorced last week and i went to this strip club kinda randomly one night. saw this hot girl and asked her for a private dance, then ended up going home with her. we did some pretty intense stuff in the back room but felt so wrong afterwards like i betrayed myself more than anyone else. not sure what this means for me now.
