Got Caught Looking at Porn on My Work Break

So I guess this morning was one of those times when I just can't help myself. You know how it goes, I'm supposed to be relaxing during my lunch break, but instead, I end up browsing through some pretty naughty stuff. And today? Well, things didn’t go quite as planned. I heard the door to our staff room open and turn around, only to see a familiar face, my boss's wife. She's in her early thirties, has this amazing body that always catches my eye when we're at those awkward company dinners. So there she was, walking right toward me with an innocent look on her face. I panicked! I quickly closed the page and started clicking around to make it seem like I wasn't doing anything wrong. But you know how hard it is to cover up something like that instantly? The clickety-clack of my keyboard must have given me away, because she raised an eyebrow at me as if she knew exactly what was going on in there. She just left without saying a word, though, no fuss, no muss. It's been driving me crazy all day wondering if she figured it out or not. I feel so guilty now every time I see her around the office. Should I tell my wife about this little incident? What do you think, I’m sure everyone else has had a close call like this before too.
