Caught Myself Struggling for Relief

Last night after another exhausting shift at the warehouse, I got home and found myself unable to resist the urge. In my room alone, I let out a quiet moan as pleasure flooded me. Afterward, lying there in the dark, it made me chuckle, a bit embarrassed but mostly proud of owning up to my desires. Is this just part of life for grown-ups, or should I feel weird about it?
